Time not changed to correct time

Absolutely amazing that folk are STILL whinging on here about this most trivial of issues - you'd think that Sky had just increased their prices, now, there's an issue to get angry at, not the 'clock' displaying the wrong time. Come on people, get a life...

My sky plus box and my old box in bedroom have not changed from BST what can I do?

I have put a piece of masking tape over the clock on the Sky planner. I will continue to watch and record programmes as usual. I may or may not remove the tape tomorrow.

The times of listings on the guide are also incorrect.
But scheduled recordings appear to happen at the correct time

I can't believe all the conspiracy theories 🤣🤣🤣 why are some people assuming that because our boxes haven't updated it's a ploy to get you to switch to Q or Glass. I would never swap my HD box and there's no way Sky can force you to either. I don't know why this has happened but it really isn't a big deal I'm sure it'll be sorted but i don't think Sky are holding me hostage by not updating the time to make me upgrade to Q or Glass.
Just relax guys I'm sure it'll update sooner than you think. I also don't get why people are saying they've been on the phone to Sky on hold for ages and then to be told they're not aware of an issue yet it was posted this morning there is an issue with the time updating.

I suggest attaching yourself to the next Extinction Rebellion protest, maybe glue yourself to a road, and demand that Sky reset the clock as it is obviously detrimental to your mental health! 😂

It's strange to me that if you go to the help and support section of services the time is correct but the service is down. Is this being cynical or is there am I seeing things.

I think it's affected quite a few mentally judging by reading some of the posts. Thank God there's no adverts for lawyers on here encouraging claims if your clock hasn't updated
