I've been on the phone for 45 minutes already and being shuttled around from agent to agent

No need to waste your time calling. Sky are aware of the problem.

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Guys I appreciate it's frustrating but Sky have acknowledged that they're working to resolve this. I'm in the same boat too and hopefully it should be sorted soon.

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Mine is on an hour in front still as well. Sadly this means not being able to watch programmes which are on at the correct time, i.e. those from 11a.m.

Hopefully it will be right soon 😊

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

I'm sure a huge company like SKY is capable of changing the clock on there screens.Apparently there not even after 10 hours after being told ,come on SKY get your act together your technical staff have been telling Custer ers to reboot which does nothing but loose your recordings.

The time shown on screen hasn’t been turned back one hour!!!!

The time not having been turned back means that any scheduled redurings will be of the wrong programme!!!!

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Hey, why hasn't anyone blamed Brexit yet? Or, maybe it's global warming that has created this little technical hitch LOL Have no idea why so many are getting their knickers in a twist, Sky is still 100% operational despite 'displaying' the incorrect time. 😂

Still seeing this issue and cannot get through to Sky to get any forecast about when issue will be fixed.

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Like many people my time hasn't changed over night. My worry is that planned reordings will be out of stp and start an hour early so missing the programme. Quick fix please.

I have it on very good authority, it will be fixed, 'soon'. Chill out and make yourself a cup of tea - it really isn't important!

Please do NOT worry, your shows will record at the 'correct' time... (Do not adjust your set)

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Ok great so im not the only one. I bought my boxes off ebay and only use them as freeview as i have no sky account. Theyve never done this before so i guess this will just rectify in due course?

Anyone noticed today the SKY TV planner still shows BST an hour ahead?

The clocks have gone back an hour but the SKY TV planner still shows the time as of now as 1.00pm when the correct time is 12.00pm!!

Is this on Sky+?  If so you've posted in the Sky Q forum, a quick check in the Sky + forum would show quite a few posts about this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Mine's exactly the same!!! (it hasn't half caused a ton of confusion😫). I messaged my daughter about 10.30am asking her how the heck I did it myself and ofcourse you CAN'T.  Eventually I phoned sky and as usual got a machine 🙄 and all they said was they were aware of it and had their best people working on it. Yeah right 🙄 that over an hour ago and it's STILL on summertime!!

(maybe their best people are wearing sunglasses and can't see it 😅)
