You can't, if you take a few minutes to read the forum there are numerous posts about the incorrect time on the Sky + boxes.

First, thanks to all fellow customers for sharing updates. It's a bit sad that we have to rely on each other to know what is going on. Second, this seems to be another indication of a deterioration in service from Sky. An update like this should have been a no brainer. I don't recall this ever happening in the 9 years I've been with Sky. 

It makes me wonder what is going on with them. In addition to this, has anyone noticed that what's available on Catch Up isn't updated in a timely manner - if at all? Seeing as they stopped the 'Coming Soon' feature, you'd think they would stay on top of that. But no. I'm surprised and disappointed that Sky doesn't seem to care about the customer experience the way they used to.

You can call sky on 151 if you have your phone line with them,choose option 'thinking of leaving sky' otherwise you will never get to speak to a human! However they are aware of the problem and are trying to resolve it, recordings will be effected though

British summertime has ended!!

Any danger of you guys changing the time on my Sky+ box?? Can I do it manually? 
I fully appreciate that this a a relatively new thing but if I miss my recording of the rugby I will go bat **bleep** and with hold some of my next payment. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Have you read any of the other posts?  Sky are aware of this.

 

You are not talking to Sky , nor do they respond to threats of witholding payment, doing so will just get your services restricted, then you have no TV at all.
