The time on my box has not changed, how do I resolve?

The clock does not appear to have updated and so is one hr ahead. Please fix this as soon as possible. Also will any pre-recorded programmes still be on time.

Tried all suggestions on Sky help page but the problem is not listed so I can only assume there is not a problem.

Same here . I have switched off the power waiting for reconnect

Mine hasn't changed over either! And sky are showing the programmes scheduled an hour later. Have they forgotten the time change??

The clock is still showing one hour ahead, this will affect recordings

Noticed that the times on recordings have aso changed to the BST equivalent so with a bit if luck recordings will be ok

My sky hd+ box had not changes the time after the clocks went back last night. It's still showing the time as BST

Update: ignore my comment about it showing programmes scheduled an hour later! That it was incorrect!
