Apple TV

I've done every update possible and followed all the help guides and Apple TV is still stuck on the apple logo I can't even get to the login page. Anybody else having this problem and figured out how to fix it thanks

@Coffeemum34 You will need to ring sky and tell them the problem and tell them the steps you did to try and fix it they will then fix it for you

I have escalated your post to Sky, look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of the screen when an adviser invites you to a chat 🙂

@dmy24 My Apple TV on sky Q been working fine just hope that people who can't get it to work will be able to sort it out with sky 

just wish Apple TV was the full version and with the library and not just the + side of it (basic version)

@dmy24  It's always a bit slow at loading but after that it works but I don't watch it much through sky anyway I watch it. Through my tv as the app on my tv is the full version of Apple TV and I can also  access my library on full version

I can't seem to log into Apple TV, just stays on the Apple home page. No option to log in or log out?

I've tried calling them and they said there could be some issues with Apple as just a new app, then the usual turn off and on, refresh. Still not working

Yep it's driving me bananas, it just doesn't move from the apple holding page

Same issue here although it's not driving me bananas because the Sky 'version' of Apple TV is very watered down anyway, only stereo audio (what's that all about) I'll just keep using the fully functional app from the TV
