@Cornishrattler the community managers do read every post on the forums and they feed back directly to the departments concerned they will also occasionally post on the forums as well

I've had it a couple of days now and it's terribly slow to load. Constantly freezing before the start of each episode of Ted Lasso. I have to keep logging out of the app and back in again. Very frustrating. Whenever you click "skip" on the trailers it just freezes and you get the dreaded buffering wheel.

 

When it works it's great. PQ is second to none but SKY shouldn't be releasing stuff if it isn't fully tested. I'm not a bloody guinea pig!!

I can't load anything, just stays on Apple TV holding page. I've called and emailed Sky. No update

It is poor really from a company as big as sky. Plus to fob us off onto apple to sort it which they can't is a bit embarrassing. No updates Sky no? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi @Katie83pip 

 

On the apple tv homepage go into your settings and check them. Also delete your cookies and history if you can. Check your settings are the same as mine. Mine has been working fine today although I must admit  it aint the fastest.
