Cannot add to "up next" on Apple tv+ app

I cannot add a program to "up next" on the apple tv+ app on my Sky q box. It says it's added but doesn't appear in the up next list?

This appears to be working fine for me, just a blip your end perhaps?

That's weird, my "Up next: Apple TV+" row has 8 items in it! 

 

Some I have added to watch later, others I am part way through.

 

So if you go into any content (say, Foundation for example), click on the "+ Add to Up Next", then into Ted Lasso and do the same thing, it will only show one item in that row?

 you can see here that I have for all mankind in my up next list but it doesn't show actually in the list

Yep, that isn't working as intended!

 

Personally I do the following when having problems with apps:

 

First a full power cycle...

 

  1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.
  2. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
  3. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.

Once the box is back up and running and assuming the problem still exists, go for an app refresh...

 

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

 

Give those a whirl to see if that helps kick it into gear.
