what information do I need to give sky, so they can send me a detailed statment of my last bill, that also includes my name and address?

@Lisa214 the bill already contains your address you need login to your account via a web browser and download the bill as a pdf file

@Lisa214 If you print off your previous bill pdf file it will show your address. Your Sky Bills | Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm having sort of the same issue. I want a detailed print out of my statement. From the Sky letterhead with Sky disclaimers. Cause the one I've downloaded doesn't look real.

I doubt Sky can provide anything different from the bill pdf you can download yourself.
