Sky sports payment

Hi, I have been charged for sky sports over the past few months and I never signed up for it ? Can someone please explain if possible, and take it off the subscription and reimbursement please if this was not our error. Thankyou

It seems you were offered it at some point and agreed, maybe for a free trial period initially.


To remove part of your TV package you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

This is a customer to customer forum so you're not contacting sky directly. If you believe that Sky Sports has been added to your subscription in error, you'll need to contact Sky directly so that they can investigate.

I didn't realise I had sent this on the community chat thought I was sending it to sky , oops!  Either way this is helpful Thankyou I'll take a look online , if not I'll give them a call !

Thankyou, my mistake thought I was sending a message to sky directly! I can't delete this either so I'll just happily accept that this has made me look abit silly haha!
