switching to sky

sky have not informed my current provider Virgin Media of the switchover. Virgin Media have informed that sky must contact them.

@Ranj10  Sky can only switch your broadband using the One Touch Switch, when you ordered with Sky did you tell them who you were transferring from?  If so it's unlikely they would not have used OTS.

 

However it should be noted any TV service you have with VM isn't part of that and you woukld need to cancel that part yourself with them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is this for Broadband only or also TV and have you placed your order with Sky and have been given an activation date ?

They can only do that for broadband and not TV services...

 

If it's broadband you'll have to call Sky to see why it hasn't been done.
