sky turned off my tv while in credit,told me i owed money ,paid money but still no tv

my partner died in  nov 24 last year ,bills were always paid on time jan bill was paid and coriner told everyone chris had died,1st week of jan my account was turned off ,rang in to be told they had never seen this before while in credit and nothing they could do ,tried to contact a few times to resolve no reply,just paid the bill again but account still suspended ,how the hell can you resolve your mistakes and give me back the services ive now paid twice

Why was it actually suspended are they saying that back in January a payment was missed even though they are now saying this did not happen ?

no it was in credit but they were told my partners account was being closed that paid our d/d ,they said they couldnt add my account until it failed yet they turned it off anyway while in credit
