In order that my new provider can refund an early transfer fee, they require a final bill showing my name, address etc. However, the latest bill on the Sky app (showing the necessary charged fees etc) does not provide the necessary personal information - how do I get a bill showing everything I need?

Download the bill in PDF format (you cannot do this within the app - you have to log onto the website version via a browser)

Download the bill in PDF format (you cannot do this within the app - you have to log onto the website version via a browser)
