Sky market place subscription

I'm trying to make a payment for Disney+ and after 2 weeks of trying with Sky help on X live chat and everything else I can think of I cannot find anywhere to make a payment. There isn't an option on my billing page to make a payment only how to change my payment details. I can't get through to a human on the phone so any help is appreciated

Hi @tiffanys   Why are you trying to make a manual payment? Don't you have a continuous payment method set up?

A payment was declined. I think because it was a debit card payment and possibly needed approval in the banking app and I missed the notification. I have tried everything I can think of to pay it again but I can't get through to a human to speak to them about it. Every single phone number I've tried has the same options none of which are suitable and the automated message hangs up on me.
