sky technical team

I ordered sky on the 10th of devember and my installation date was the 10th of january, however i recvieved my sky kit without a viewing card. and the constant battles with phoning abroad was so frustrating with the amount of times crf's were raised.

 

This is just a wee message to get you through to the technical team who are based in britain that helped solve my queery faster.

i would suggest that you phone to cancel your package to get to a uk based sky team to resolve your issue faster.

Your post is difficult to understand. And what's a crf?

my discussion was to how to solve a problem with the sky team. i had to go through the cancelation team to get my issues resolved. im not sure what a crf means but its something that sky raises when there is an issue and they investigate it.
