hi I've recently swapped to sky stream when I was talking to the advisor we came to an agreement which would include sky cinema in my package at no extra cost since receiving sky stream and setting it up it appears there is no sky cinema. I have called sky to explain this and they say it wasn't added on and I need to pay for it from past experiences with sky I recorded the conversation and have the proof available. Is there anything I can do about this situation?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'd be surprised if it was offered foc unless it was free for a limited time like a month. If you give Sky the date and rough time you called they should be able to listen back on the call to determine what was agreed.

Perhaps what was mentioned, is you could start a free Sky Cinema trial for a month.
You can do this from your MySky app or MySky account under Your products.
As mentioned above, best would be to call Sky and present the time and date of the call for confirmation of what was discussed.
