Hi got a phone call today from a sky number 0800 761 3372, asking  have  I got all the deals available to me.

Then they wanted me to confirm my password, which I could not rembember, so they asked for a memorable question, in which i got wrong, so they hung up!! Is this the normal, or a scam? Has anybody had the same?

That number is from Sky, under "Check if it was from us here";

As it was Sky's sales and servce team.

If you failed the security check then they will not talk to you as they would usually ask for the telephone password that is on your account or as they asked you this other question which you also got wrong this is why they ended the call.
