problem with 2 different acounts

i have an issue signing into my sky account now which i am very confused about, issue is i have had sky tv/broadband/mobile for sometime now without any issues but the issue started when my brother wanted me to order up sky broadband on his own name and his own address and his own email, since i done this my own account seems to be unavailable but if i sign into his account it brings up my details and not sure why this has happened as his oreder was totally different details to my own.

i have tried resetting passwaords but it does not sort it, now my head is fire trying to rectify this 

and the sky online sill robot chat just completely busts your head, pointless 

any help will be appreated

@Andrew66661  Sounds like you were logged in to your account when signing up your brother when you needed to be completely signed out and signed him up as a new customer

As per the post above from @SKY1992bf you should have been signed out of your account when doing this so that when placing the order for him you could have set him up a new account. I'm not sure there is a way to untangle this but to see if there is you will need to call Sky and perhaps ask for the ID team at Sky for help.

Managed to get it all sort'd by somebody technically from sky took a while but got there
