Hi,
I joined with Sky in store and was reassured that there were no hidden costs or setup fees that I had to worry about. I'm now seeing a "superfast activation fee" on my bill that is discounted from £50 to £30. I'm not sure what's going on? The person I spoke to in store told me there was nothing like that to worry about so now I'm confused and don't want to pay the £30 I wasn't told about. Any help would be appreciated.
