Hi, I'm trying to pay my mobile bill, but when I click the page it says restricted. How can I pay my bill?? Please help!

You shouldn't have to make a manual payment as you should have something like a credit or debit card or a direct debit setup so Sky can take it automatically from you each month so do you have this set up ?
