credit on account

Hi, credit was added onto my sky account on the 12th, which was exactly 1 week ago, but it's not reflecting on my account and not showing up at all. Does anyone know why that may be? Has it got to do with billing cycles or something of that sort?

If credit was added to your account then  it might not show on your next bill if it is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less so if this is the case it should appear on the following months bill.

Credit was applied on the 12th and my billing day is the 26th.

If it isn't on your account bill for this month does it appear on the one next month ?

It was a cisas case and therefore they will not provide me with any direct contact details and need to use their portal.

Case handler told me to call billing which i did but they were not helpful.
