Its not you, its us

I am trying to upgrade a device and I keep getting this message everytime I click on the basket after I have added it -

Technical error

 

It’s not you, it’s us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again.

I have tried other devices , clearing cache etc but all say the same?

If it is then all you can do is to speak to Sky to ask them to put through the upgrade order for you,

Hi yeah my account ID is all ok and I can access everything else like broadband, bills, tv packages etc. I just cant access the basket, which is odd.
