cancel subscription

How do you cancel your subscription completely? I have a couple of packages that are in contract until the 28th but when the 28th arrives I will be cancelling my subscription. How do you do this, please?

@Rosstwe   You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Urgent Notice for Sky+ users: as of 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box breaks you cannot replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

@Rosstwe

In addition if you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget it’s very important that you keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es) as Unipart are not quick at telling Sky you have sent equipment back.

Cancel subscription

I would like to cancel my sky package. I've been trying to build up the courage to call but I suffer with mental health and I'm no good at talking on the phone. I was meant to cancel my bt sport but I did try to call but the call times were to long. And now I can't afford my bill so I need to cancel

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.
