cancel engineer
on a call yesterday to possibly change to a Sky Q box the operative on the phone tried to sell an alternative broadband and tv package. the process became very very frustrating and after taking too long i ecided not to proceed with any engineer visit to change broadband signal/tv signal etc. If an engineer visit has been scheduled on my account/proporty for Sept 9th approx, please can the visit be cancelled
regards
Richard

We won't know if a visit is planned. We are Sky customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

Re: cancel engineer
@richardhay75 Your poist has been moved from the email forum as that is not an email route to Sky but for custiomer with Sky/Yaghoo email account issues.
You also can't raise cancellation requests via puiblic forum. Have you checked you account order tracking page to see if this can be cancelled, if not yopu'll need to call Sky to cancel.
