Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe correct number (0818) to call Sky is a NGN number which are not premium rate.
If EE are charging a lot for NGN numbers then I'd be peeved with them... (As Sky won't be receiving any of the call charges)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou mention calling Sky Ireland but you've referred to the cost in GBP. As stated, official numbers to Sky Ireland Customer Services are not premium numbers. If you need to call Sky again you can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
**ROI customers**: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dee772 As per other posters you've qouted your cost in UK £ but say you called Sky Ireland, Irish customer are charged in Euro €
In any event the call charges are levied by your phone provider EE you need to take up the charges with them, not Sky.
