Returning my equipment
Hi. I've received all the packaging to return my skyQ and broadband But I have 2 return address labels and no Instructions. Also the pictures in the box don't show SkyQ but the envelope is too small. I don't want it going to the wrong address and then accused of not returning them. Can anyone shed any light for me

As the notice periods are different the Broadband package shoukd come first (14 days) then the Sky Q box (31 days). It doesn't matter which label is applied to the packages. We've been told they end up at the same warehouse. Just make sure you keep your proof of posting indefinitely.

You might want to also take some pictures to show that you are returning all your equipment so if needs be you can prove that you have returned everything you should have done.
