bill payment

iive paid my sky bill

on my app and it's left my account how ever sky are claiming because it's pending they won't reinstate my services, i have 2 children at home and also have invoicing to do and don't understand why they haven't received it

@danielle161 when did you pay it? Your payment will take several days to reach Sky, weekends not included.

 

Have you also re-setup your monthly direct debit or auto,atic card payment?
