Cancel my account with Sky
I got a letter to say am out of contract with Sky and that my price will rise to £46 which I cannot afford. I contacted sky to cancel their services 3 weeks ago. I was informed someone will call me. Today is 3 weeks and despite 17 calls to sky, now my account is not accessible,. I have been told that on several occassions that a form has been completed to escalate the matter. Obviously nobody is there to respond as its now 3 weeks. I have been told someone will call me back and nobody has called me back I believe maybe they are on long term leave. The next payment of the said £46 pound is due on the 24th September. I have tried and even wrote an email to the complaint department and still no response. I am looking for the contact details of the CEO as it appears nobody can help me with cancelling my account.

Re: Cancel my account with Sky
It is unlikely anyone will call you despite what you might have been told so a better way to register a complaint is by filling in this form:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Cancel my account with Sky
@JGinn24 As I'm sure you are aware, you have to give 31 days notice (or less depending on service) to cease.
Following your call, Sky should have activated the 31 day notice. I prefer to send an email to cancel as shown here
Understand, that you wrote you cannot afford the new amount, but do not cancel your direct debit.
