My Sky App

Morning all,

 

Upgraded my broadband yesterday and had a new router sent. Installed and working fine.

 

Now cannot access the My Sky App. Either tells me access is denied or sends me through a loop of linking my account via postcode, asking me what I purchased Sky Glass with (I don't have Sky Glass), either direct debit or card, then asks for the 8th and 9th number of the card used...when entered it doesn't work.

 

Tried installing and installing App, tried connected to wifi and just on mobile data with no joy. Also tried entering through the Sky website and will show me as logged in but tells me my contract expired on the 18th for TV and broadband!!!

 

Any help or assistance would be appreciated.
