balance outstanding you may have been charged a late payment fee?
Recieved an email today stating I wil have a charge of £27 added to my next bill "balance outstanding you may have been charged a late payment fee". I pay by direct debit and have money in the account. All previous direct debits have processed without issue. This is the exact amount of my monthly fee but I haven't received this email before. Is this just generic regarding my actual bill or is this additional charges? Any ideas who to contact regarding this? Thanks
