account suspended

Hi my account has been suspended until payments are received. I have paid off all the payments and have proof to show it but it is staying the same thing. what shall i do.

hi no i havent due to the company saying once i had paid the amount off it would be cancelled for the wifi as i have a phone bill with them and the direct debit is set up there

Payments aren't actioned on a weekend so if you've paid today it may be at least Monday before the funds clear into Skys account.

You will need to setup a payment method before you do anything else I'm afraid and that includes phoning Sky and talking to them,

hi i've paid it all off before today it has been saying this for a good month and i've paid evrything off now

i was behind but i'm not no more and i had spoken to a sky representative on the phone when i was behind on payments. they said to me once i've paid it off the account would be cancelled for wifi. which i do think has been cencelled due to no added payments been added because it shows i have nothing to pay. i've attached an image if that would help.
