Hi my account has been suspended until payments are received. I have paid off all the payments and have proof to show it but it is staying the same thing. what shall i do.

hi no i havent due to the company saying once i had paid the amount off it would be cancelled for the wifi as i have a phone bill with them and the direct debit is set up there

i was behind but i'm not no more and i had spoken to a sky representative on the phone when i was behind on payments. they said to me once i've paid it off the account would be cancelled for wifi. which i do think has been cencelled due to no added payments been added because it shows i have nothing to pay. i've attached an image if that would help.
