Wrongly charge

Ee cancelled my policy with sky before Christmas but in January sky charged me £5, February you charged me £41.50 and in March you've charged me £41.50

We are just customers  on here not sky you need to ring  them and speak  to them

@Aaron105 When you switched to EE did you have Sky TV aswell as broadband? If yes that would explain the charges as EE wouldn't be able to cancel the TV service.

If you only had broadband did you receive a "sorry you're leaving us" letter or email from Sky? If not then it's possible EE haven't conducted the switch properly.
