Wrong Netflix account linked to Sky account

Hi - I'm seeking help with this issue. We have recently set up our new Sky box. When we logged into Netflix using my husbands Netflix account, he mistakenly used the wrong email and this created another account. We ideally need this to be voided and instead link Netflix with Sky via his correct email and account.Please can a chat with a sky expert be set up so that this issue can be resolved?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@RP2800  This can only be done by contacting Netflix directly and get them to unlink the wrong account before linking again 

 

don't take no for an answer has it's Netflix responsibility not sky's
