Late Return Fee

Hi there, I'm really disappointed to see that after returning my old sky equipment I've been charged a late fee? There has been known postal strikes for 2 months which is beyond my actual control

No, never had a problem before as always use my little local post office

We can escalate this to our team but without a proof of postage it is difficult to locate the item so is up to a leader if they are able to credit back the fee.
