Why is it long term sky subscribers (20+ years) never rewarded w/free channel offers? 😡

I've been a sky customer for 20 plus years now and I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my long my subscription 😡😡😡 sky NEVER offer any deals on free subscription channels (such as discovery plus) What do we get rewarded with NOTHING!!!! oh perhaps cinema tickets which to me are useless being disabled and housebound!! You expect people to go and spend (thousands of pounds on new TV's with sky glass or try sky Q) instead you think it's ok to put the subscription price up!! NOT HAPPY!!

In your 20 years have you ever contacted Sky to see if they will offer you any discounts, while these are apparently being harder to come by usually if you will agree to a new contract they might offer you a discount going forward.

@Ruth05 it sounds like you have Sky+ which is a legacy platform increasingly unsupported by Sky and one which Sky are encouraging customers to move away from. Sky+ isn't capable of running apps like Discovery+ and others available on Sky Q and Sky Stream.
