I received an email to say I had won a ballot for tickets to LEGOLAND but the link isn’t working

I received an email saying a had got 4 free tickets for LEGOLAND through a ballot but when you go on the link no dates are available. Has anyone else had this problem?

Two or three other people have reported the same so it might be worth emailing the ticketing team about this:

I received the email, but when I went to book the tickets aren't their. I have emailed the address but still no response. The code expires on the 28th July so hopefully will be sorted before

I have recieved an email to say they are looking into it and changed the end date to 31st so hopefully it will be sorted. Thank you for giving me the idea to rmail them
