Hi @juliet10   Compare your previous bills with the current bill, to see what has changed. Most likely a discount has expired or more than one month if you have made any changes. Only Sky can tell you if that is not the case.

Perhaps a discount you had is ending or has ended, compare that bill to this one as they should say if you have a discount against what you are paying. If this is the case then you need to call Sky to see if they will offer you a new discount if you agree to a new contract.
