Been 6 weeks and no refund

Waiting 6 weeks for a refund that you owe me, promised different dates and the last being the 22nd September. I want my money back or I will charge it back on my credit card and report you to trading standards. I will raise a complaint on finanical ombudsman too as I know they fine you £100's for each complaint made. Either return my £40.65 today or I will go ahead and charge it back.

As we are only customers on here if they have not refunded you the credit on your account then the next step is to put in a complaint:

As an aside you can't do this until you've logged a complaint with Sky and they've either issued a deadlock letter or 8 weeks has elapsed.

I found credit card companies fairly reluctant to charge back under such circumstances.  I tried recently for a purchase and it was rejected if less than the s75 amount.

Refunds take 3-5 working days to process once initiated.  You won't get it today...
