incorrect billing

Having left sky braodband 3 months ago i have reived a bill from them for a outstanding ballance. Having had that rarest of things (a conversation with a human) i have clear proof that i have paid all outstanding costs.  

 

Q1 Why have you blilled me 3 months after i left with a clean balance sheet

Q2 why is you custermer service none exsistant.

 

 

 

Until i have coresponadance from sky on this no request with clear evidence that i still have a outstanding bill no monies will be paid

You are not contacting Sky here - this is a customer-led help forum.

 

Does your account show an outstanding balance?  Perhaps there were charges after your cessation, e.g. failure to return hardware charges?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

All in good order nothing outstanding  on bills

and all kit returned in good order and on time

So your bill shows a £0.00 balance and they haven't issued a non return charge which can and does happen even if the kit has been returned ?
