Why do I see a charge for Sky TV and Sky Digital but can only see Sky TV bills online?

I have a Sky TV package, costing £41. I can see the bills online.

I am also being charged £42.50 for Sky Digital but can't see those bills.

Is this correct?

which sky tv platform do you have ? Sky Q/+ or glass/stream

have you recently swapped platforms

Thank you.  I have the BB + Talk  mobile.  I have Sky mobile (for phone and charges) but why do I get Sky Digital and Sky TV  which is Stream.  I only have the one TV.  Hope you can help.

Ignoring the mobile do you see any mention of the billing for your broadband/talk package ?

thanks again,  Ignore the mobile,  I pay £24.00 and £16.00  for BB and Talk,     Then in November £43 for TV  Stream and £44.05 for digital.  In December £43 for Sky TV and £40 for Digital.    x

Have you made a change from Sky+ or Sky Q to Sky Stream ?

 found a telephone number and am speaking with them.  it seems that the digital is the BB and landline phone,  the TVis for Stream and mobile is for mobile.  I was able to cancel cinema as well which I did not want and they will re-imburse me.  thank you for your help though. x

They also attempted to debit £80 from my account for sky digital.. I'm not subscribed to any tv package.

i did, Sky told me they didn't put those charges. So I cancelled the attempted debit order.
