Postcode not recognised, no sky id

I can't seem to get a Sky id, log in, or anything! All my account says is that I don't have products with Sky....which I do! Tried unlinking (I had sky broadband many years ago) and creating a new SKYID is but apparently my postcode isn't being recognised so I can't do that either! Driving me mad. 

 

Can someone at Sky please help, as I seem in a total loop and stuck watching children's shows because of parental controls being the default setting!

Is there anyone that can help with this? 

I can't access any settings for to this issue, and it's very frustrating as I'm paying for a service!

Thanks for your reply.....have tried but no help there either! 

 

Looking through this forum it seems to be a very common issue but never resolved! 

Surely there must be someone who can help?!

I have been through all of those stage already! 

 

The issue is that it says my postcode is not recognised and I can go no further. There are many threads saying the same thing- can someone at Sky please help, as I have spent the last 3 hours trying everything!

In what way has phoning been no help? Sky should be able to resolve this over the phone.

I'm not too sure how to answer that other than to say that they don't know what the problem is! "Try again later". 

 

As a relatively new customer of Sky I can't say I'm impressed. I think I may well cancel and return to the provider I had before, as this seems a common problem and no one has a solution.

@johnson444 Have you ever had an old account, makes a hugh difference when you sign up especially if you did it over the phone and the CS did use or not use because off some reason or other!

I did have an account many years ago, yes. 

 

Can this problem be sorted please? Can you put me in touch with someone who knows how to fix it?

I have tried all of that yes, many times! 

 

It all comes down to the postcode and it saying I'm "not found". I have tried everything- upper case, lower case, gaps, and been through every single help section on the website. 

 

Surely there must be some solution to this?
