Why am I being billed for Netflix when it was free on my packsge

I have been sent details that I will be billed for Netflix when it says on my package it is free?!? Why can't I talk to a person to clarify this? What is Sky's telephone number for  customer service

Are you sure it wasn't free for so many months which has now expired?
Last offer I had was for 4 months & current is for 2 months free. I had to call to cancel & even then they wanted details of why I was cancelling.
