Complaint against sky

I am in a battle against Sky as for nearly 6 weeks my account has been red flagged for fraud with no experience explanation. 

no answer to messages, no reply to phone calls and issue escalated 4 times by Sky customer advisor. 

been loyal customer for 23 years and that counts for nothing. 

I want to leave Sky and they won't let me do that even

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You should get an acknowledgment of the complaint, but Sky then have 8 weeks to try to resolve it.
