I have switched from BT and sent evidence as instructed. I have received an email saying this is being done. My question is do I get this amount (£100) refunded to me as I expected and was told would happen or is it credited to my account and deducted from future bills. If it is the second option where can I see the credit?

It is added to your account as a credit so will be used to pay future bills so you can check to see if it has been added either via the MySky app or online here:
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Howeso The switch credit is paid into your Sky account im not 100% certain on where it shows up but you may be able to see it on your future bills.
