PRICE INCREASE INFO

Hi,

Hoping someone can help please as I ahve onlt been with you less than 6 months

I have reived an email sayng my services will go up in cost by the amont below

 

Sky Ultimte Tv  + 3.00

Skysports          +3.00

Netflix                 +0.49

Sky Full Fibre    +3.00

 

Total £9.49 

 

My current bills is £45+19  and I ake that about a 15% increase - how can that be right?   Thank you, Mark

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Sky calculate the percentage increase based on the list price, not the discounted price you're currently paying. Sky are therefore indicating the average increase in list price across all their services.
