What Offer Sky???

I received this "offer" in an email:-

I selecting  "Start My Trial" took me to "My Account" and the following is displayed:-

So what are you playing at Sky???

  • It is a known issue that corrects itself in future bills but to be sure call Sky to confirm.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

Previous post looked OK with screenshots displayed - but not displaying them after hitting "Post" button??

Received the following offer via email:-

@11pao Images have to be approved become becoming visible which they now are.

@11pao You just need to pick the right time. The volume of calls is increased at the moment due to issues with delivery of the new iPhone and the ordering of Sky Glass and the teething problems with that system. 
Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a bit quieter.

Just to add some info here, I've had the same email offer and the same issue in that it was saying £11 a month straight away when I tried to add it.

I am cautious especially as I didn't want my contracts messing with, so Just had a live chat and they've given me two months free and 5 months at £5, no new contract.

 

He has adjust my bill and it's free on next months bill, he did then say I'd get an email to accept the offer as well.
