Being charged for items ive returned and they have recieved 30 days ago!!!!

Returned broadband modem after being upgraded ... returned old router via An Post and tracked item when the item was marked as delivered I called with all details to Sky and was assured I wouldn't be charged. Fastforward 30 Days and I check this month bill and there is a €60 charge on said bill!!!! Not impressed I have had nothing but issues with sky since May and have had to call several times every month since May with numerous complaints about service on TV and broadband and now billing and now being cut off when trying to speak with someone .... not really a great LOYAL customer service really is it SKY???

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
