I want to end the short term ‘free’ offers

I updated my TV package in Sept and had some additional packages added for free, they incur charges from Dec so I want to stop them. How do I do this?

@Carole1958

It'll be 31 days notice so depending on what date your payment is due it might be to late for December. Bills are generated 14 days before your payment date so you might be charged for December and then receive a part credit further down the line.
