I have been charged for Broadband and TV services when I have moved to another provider. Sky text me to say there was an error in their billing and they would sort it out. This was the end of April/beginning of May and I still have not got my money back. I need help to sort this

Unless it's changed very, very recently, Sky are still doing 18 months for re-contracts.

Yep, my understanding too. 24 months now, same as BT and probably others....
