online advisors are only available for certain instances , if you post your query we may be able to help point you in right direction

I have been charged for Broadband and TV services when I have moved to another provider.  Sky text me to say there was an error in their billing and they would sort it out.  This was the end of April/beginning of May and I still have not got my money back.  I need help to sort this

If you login to your Sky billing account do you now see a credit on it if so this can be refunded to you.

Give Sky a call if your discounts have finished and see what they can offer for committing to a new 24 month deal.

Unless it's changed very, very recently, Sky are still doing 18 months for re-contracts.
